WAYS TO REPAIR DAMAGE HAIR:
As we all keep protecting our skin by nourishing
them, hair also need self-care and good care which sometimes got ignored by us.
We also need attractive hairs, but we don’t want to take care of it which turns
out to be damage or split end hairs. Our hairs need care every day; it gets dry
easily. if you wash hair every day and use chemical products for styling. Also,
direct exposure to sunlight also damages and it takes time to repair the damage
portion, but yes if you didn’t think of taking care of your hairs before, start
it today. Here are some ways which can help you to repair your damage hairs or
protect them getting damage:
UNNECESSARY USE OF SHAMPOO:
Firstly, please try to avoid washing your
hairs daily because the shampoos contain chemical substances which make the
hair stems week and turn out to be hair falling problems. Try to wash them
twice a week and don’t forget to apply conditioner after washing but also avoid
applying it on the roots of hairs, try to apply just on the ended portions of
hairs which protects hair and make it shinny and helps in increasing the
volume. This way your hairs will get less damaged than usual.
USE HAIR MASKS:
Hair masks are the best but if you use
them correctly and apply only those which suits your hair type which protect
your hairs from damage. Homemade hair masks are easy to make and are more
effective than chemical ones. For example, mask made from banana, coconut and
honey, which are easily available at home. And it’s way of making is easy too,
for that just mashes the banana and add 1 tablespoon of honey and coconut oil
in it and apply it on the roots of hairs and leave it for just 7-8 minutes and
wash your hairs. It makes your hair roots strong and thick, which helps in
better growth.
OIL MASSAGE:
Try to massage your hair with any oil
twice a week so that the blood circulation of your head gets better. Coconut
oil is best for hair growth and to repair damage hairs. It hydrates our hair
and control fizziness. Apply oil to your hairs and massage it for at least 10
minutes so that the roots will absorb it and after that wash your hairs normal
way.
TIMELY HAIRCUT:
Please do a haircut once a month or at
least once in two months, even if you love your long hairs then try to cut just
the damaged part of hairs / splinted part. Which only takes away small portion
of hairs and won’t affect the length, this will help you to have healthy long
hairs and as the damaged part is removed then the hair will grow fast than
usual.
TAKING VITAMINS:
Sometimes even you take care of your
hairs, but still, it won’t help you in controlling hair falls. This is a result
of not having enough vitamins in your body. So, if you take prescribed vitamins
twice a week it will control the hair falls and make it beautiful. As you all
know healthy body is important to have healthy skin plus hairs.
HEAT DAMAGES:
Try to avoid using hot appliances on your
hairs, like after you wash your hair try to avoid using dryer, which damage
hair try to dry with towel instead of air drying. Also, girls love straight
hairs so for that we try to straight them every day to look like one, which
turn out to be damage splinted hairs. Instead of doing straight everyday do a
hair straightener treatment which won’t damage hairs much.
HEALTHY DIET:
At the end try to have a healthy diet, try
to avoid junk food which actually affects your health as well as your skin and hairs.
